New Year, New Look!
Have you visited our website recently? If so, then you have noticed our completely redesigned webpage, which was launched on New Year’s Eve. Some of the new features include: expanded sections for our core services, embedded service videos, and social media feeds. If not, we welcome you to explore our site and let us know what you think.
With our new design, we wanted to provide our clients and potential customers with a user-friendly experience. It helps communicate our brand and our message in a more cohesive way.
Moreover, the new layout showcases more of Boulter’s specialties. In addition to being Rochester’s #1 provider of rigging services, Boulter Industrial Contractors, Inc. offers companies so much more! For example, did you know that Boulter also specializes in custom steel fabrication and custom crating & packaging? Regardless of the industry, if you need something moved, shipped, stored, or fabricated, Boulter has the capability.
While the best way to experience Boulter quality is through first-hand experience, clients can now get a feel for our work by viewing the service videos. Each of the 9 videos delves a little deeper into what we stand for and our commitment to success. Watch the videos here.

Boulter Industrial Contractors, Inc. has launched its video marketing campaign to better showcase the wide variety of services it offers. With a completely re-designed website in the works and scheduled for release at the end of this year, one of the site’s upgrades is the inclusion of these short promotional videos.
Boulter has started posting the videos to its YouTube channel then sharing them on social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. The first video was released last Friday showcasing Steel Fabrication; yesterday’s video concerned Custom Crating & Packaging. With a total of 9 short videos, Boulter plans to share 1 to 2 videos each week culminating in the unveiling of its new website.
The short videos introduce viewers to Boulter’s Project Managers, putting faces and names to the people whom clients will be working with throughout the process.

There is a certain finesse required to complete a rigging job in the highest quality possible. Manufacturing machines aren’t simple moves either: they’re bulky and oddly-shaped. But those large, heavy machines are a huge investment to our clients; therefore, we take extra precautions to make sure the job is done correctly and with the highest caliber work possible.
To give you a better idea of what’s involved, one of yesterday’s rigging jobs called for two forklifts and one crane to unload and move a 30,000 pound machine. After lifting the crate off the truck bed, our employees went to work disassembling the crate and unpacking the cargo.
Then they used the Hyster 15-Ton to move it closer to the crane for offloading from the skid.
Finally, all that was left was to move it into the shop.
Does your company have something impossibly heavy to move? Give us a call… we make the impossible possible!

Nearly five months ago, we invested in a 2016 Peterbilt for light, everyday moving capability. Although it is officially our “smallest” truck, it is by no means small. The vehicle has a 24-foot long van body with a 103-inch inside height. The Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) is 33,000.
Not only does this truck have better gas mileage, but the model 337 is an air-ride vehicle providing smoother transport for sensitive cargo; such as, smaller machinery, electronic equipment, and office furniture.
Another perk of this model is that it doesn’t require a loading dock. The 8-foot by 8-foot rear, cargo-loading door has a 3,000 pound lift-gate, which allows us to make ground-level deliveries.
Specifications in Short:
Van body: 24’
3,000 lb lift-gate
Inside height: 103”
Ground-level delivery capable
|Rear door height: 8’x8’
